Ultimate Series

The Ultimate Series by Global Portable Buildings are THE most complete ISO Certified portable buildings and are available through Bay Container Services. 

Ultimate Series units combine all the great construction and usability features of the Genesis and Essential Series and add a fully featured kitchen with 6' counter top, built-in sink with faucets, cabinetry, and all required plumbing.

Also included is a bathroom with shower, sink, toilet, and required plumbing for both hot and cold water. Please note: Hot water heaters are sold separately.

Ultimate Series units also offer a bonus room which can easily be configured as a bedroom or office. This feature, available on 40ft. models includes an additional interal seperator wall, locking access door, and a spacious closet with shelving, a sliding door, and locks.

 All units come with duty-ready AC electrical systems. Features include: industrial grade breaker panel, six (6) fluorescent light fixtures and wall receptacles. Note: (3x) for Ultimate 20ft. units.

Enjoy media and communications support with integrated telephone and internet connections. High quality wiring and jacks are included. 40 ft. units include six 5mm thick windows with blinds, screens, and removable metal shutters (3x in Ultimate 20').

Additional storage is made easy with our 3-piece end door with utility room and durable shelf. Internal amenities are complimented with finished linoleum flooring, an internal ventilation system, and climate control friendly - 2" thick insulated walls and ceilings.
